Afterhue terms of use

These terms apply to the Afterhue app. Your use is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In short: forecasts are estimates, subscriptions renew until you cancel them, and the photos, chips and names you make remain yours.

Which license applies?

Afterhue uses Apple's standard EULA: Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The points below add detail about this app and do not replace it.

Are forecasts guaranteed?

No. The Glow Score is an estimate computed from weather model data. It is not a promise of what the sky will look like. Weather, smoke, dust and terrain can change the result.

Do not rely on Afterhue for safety decisions. Be careful near cliffs, water and roads when watching a sunset.

How do subscriptions work?

Afterhue Pro is offered as a weekly or yearly auto-renewable subscription and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or for a free trial, when the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings, then your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Who owns my content?

Photos, chips and names you create stay yours. When you share a card or a link, you are responsible for what you send and to whom.

Where does weather data come from?

Weather data is provided by Apple Weather. The app lists data sources under Weather data sources in Settings.

Can the terms change?

Yes. The app shows the date of the current version. See also the privacy policy and support.
